HCL Executive Eligibility Criteria 2026
- For mining, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering. For the E4 grade, the applicant must have a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations.
- For geology the applicant must have a postgraduate degree in geology or applied geology.
- For environment management, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering/technology or a bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology with a PG degree/diploma in environmental engineering/environmental management/environment science.
- For Safety & Fire Services the applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with a PG Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Management or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.
- For Concentrator (Mineral Processing), the applicant must have a B.Tech. / B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Engineering.
